I have a Windows XP and it used to upload pictures from DVD-R camcorder discs onto my hard drive with no problem. Now, whenever I put one in the DVD+/- RW drive it doesn't even acknowledge it's in there. So I've tried inserting and -RW DVD, but it does the same thing and now I have all these memories that I would like to share with my scattered relatives but they are all on the DVD's.I would like to know is something wrong with my computer or do I need to use a different kind of Camcorder disc? If you know how I could solve this, please help!Thank you so much!
